Monologues in Lockdown
Just before half term, our Y10 GCSE Drama students took part in a full-day online performance workshop. Supported by us and the Old Vic Theatre, in a single day our students crafted characters, explored back stories and attempted to write their own fictional monologues. What they produced was breathtaking. In the face of another Lockdown, and despite the difficulties they have faced, they produced some of the wittiest, true-to-life and heart-wrenching moments that you are likely to see.
